If your dog is having walks with other dogs then your dog must be up to date with vaccinations, please show us the vaccination record when we visit you. Please also ensure your dog is up to date with worming and flea treatment.
No, your dog doesn't have to be neutered for pet sitting or dog walking.
Of course, we can send regular texts or emails with photos of what your dog is up to during their visit.
The owner, Jo Wheeler BA (Hons), PgDip, FdSc (canine behaviour) is fully insured and trained in dog first aid and handling. Jo has had years of experience looking after and training dogs. She works at various training clubs and is a committee member at the Reading & District Dog Training Club. Dog Day Care uses experienced dog walkers that are CRB checked, fully insured and trained in animal handling.
A visit involves a combination of a walk, play session, training and treats, with lots of fuss and attention. If you want your dog to follow a specific routine please let us know! Of course, although we have plenty of comfortable dog beds and fun toys you are welcome to bring your dog's own luxuries.

No problem – we can arrange solo walks and ensure that your dog gets plenty of exercise and fun without mixing with other dogs.
Yes collection and drop off are included in the price.
We can hold a copy of your house keys if we are walking or pet sitting regularly. This provides a great back up, should you be delayed at work, need someone to visit or check on your loved one or simply let you back into your house if you have locked yourself out.
